This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of Optifeed subscription services. By subscribing to Optifeed, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Plans
Optifeed offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions are billed in advance and provide access to the platform for the duration of the billing period.
Free Trial
Optifeed may offer a free trial period for new users. No charges are made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by reaching out via our contact page
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your paid billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
Refund Policy
- Monthly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal if you have not extensively used the service during that period
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the remaining unused months at our discretion
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
Non-Refundable Cases
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after the applicable refund period has expired
- Partial month or partial year usage after the refund period
Data Retention After Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, your account data (product feeds, configurations, and optimization rules) will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation
- After the 30-day retention period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations
- You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through our contact page
- We will provide a data export upon request before deletion, in a machine-readable format
Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades within a billing cycle.
Service Interruptions
In the event of significant service disruptions caused by Optifeed, we may offer service credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Service Level Agreement.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. The updated policy will apply to all future transactions.
